What’s a southern meal without a tall, cold glass of sweet iced tea? The trouble is, most sweet tea is loaded with sugar—often two cups or more. Make your pitcher better-for-you by replacing sugar with raw honey. First, brew a quart of strong, black tea, using five tea bags and steeping for 10 minutes. Pour the hot tea over ¾ cup raw honey in a gallon pitcher and stir to dissolve. Fill the pitcher with cold water and ice, chill in the refrigerator, and enjoy.
