Ingredients
- 1 or more Bottom Round Chuck Roast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Red Wine
- Vegetable of choice (onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, celery..cut in quarters or chunks)
Preparation Instructions
Take roast and rub it down with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Chop vegetables of choice and put in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sit seasoned roast on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle the package of Lipton onion soup mix over the top of the roast.
Pour the can of cream of mushroom soup on top of that and place the top of the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours
